Sopa paraguaya?&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg de harina de maíz blanco&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg de queso cáscara colorada&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg de cebollas blancas&lt;br /&gt;1/2 l de leche fría o tibia&lt;br /&gt;6 huevos medianos&lt;br /&gt;100 gr de manteca&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;Pimienta a gusto&lt;br /&gt;1/2 taza de té de aceite neutro&lt;br /&gt;¿Cómo se prepara Sopa paraguaya?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Pelar las cebollas y cortarlas bien finitas (corte pluma), rehogarlas en la manteca hasta que queden transparentes y reservar. En un bol mezclar la harina de maíz blanco con la leche, el queso cortado en dados de 1 cm de lado y los huevos, mezclar un poco (no mucho) y salpimentar a gusto. Cuando las cebollas estén frías añadirlas a la preparación anterior con la manteca y todo.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar el aceite en una fuente para horno y distribuirlo parejamente, colocar encima la preparación de harina de maíz y llevar a horno caliente por aproximadamente 30 minutos o hasta que se introduzca un palillo y éste salga limpio. Dejar enfriar un poco y cortar en rombos o cuadrados.
